Description
In order to reuse code, allow projects to be prefixed with some string.
For instance, if you have a project named Actuator, that generates Actuator() calls and dre, you should be allowed to generate software/models for projects named (for instance) FM1Actuator and PolActuator, generating calls named FMIActuator() and FM1dre.
